Commencement Of 100% Face to Face Class Effective 30th January 2022 Until Further Notice

Dear Parents,
Greetings!
In compliance with circular no: 4 dated 26th January 2022, Wednesday from MoE&HE, 100% attendance in school is compulsory for all the students from Sunday, 30th January 2022.
In view thereof, kindly note the following;
- School timing from 30th January 2022 will be from 08.30 AM to 11.45 AM.

- Students should report to school in proper uniform. They are advised to wear mask all the time and carry personal hygiene items, extra mask and the stationeries are required.
- Class timetable will remain the same.
- Students will have their break in their respective classrooms and are required to carry their own water bottle and food. Water dispenser will not be available in the campus as a precautionary measure.
- Attendance in school is mandatory for all the students as it will be strictly monitored by MOE&HE.
- All students are required to do a weekly rapid antigen test every Friday or Saturday (within 48hours of the beginning of a new week) at home.
- Parents are requested to arrange for the rapid antigen test kits on their own.
- Parent/Guardian Declaration form (attached herewith) is to be submitted every Sunday. It should be presented upon arrival at the gate for the students using private transportation and to the bus conductors for those students availing school transportation and the same should be submitted to the respective class teacher. Please note the students will not be allowed to board the bus without the duly signed declaration form.
- In case the antigen test result is positive or is not clear, the student must proceed with a PCR/antigen test in their respective health center. In either of the cases kindly do not send the student to the school. These students will be given access to online classes upon submission of the Parent/Guardian Declaration form along with a screenshot of the message/ report from MoPH confirming the same. The students can join back to school after they receive a negative PCR/antigen test result.
Note: No students will be allowed to enter the campus without submitting the duly signed Parent/Guardian Declaration form.
Rest assured the school will follow all the precautionary measures as per the instruction of Ministry of Education and Higher Education & Ministry of Public Health.
