Dear Parents,

We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude and appreciation for your continuous support and cooperation during these trying times and to your intention to let your child/children continue their studies with The Springfield Kindergarten. Together, we successfully adapt the new normal despite the many challenges we have faced.

We are pleased to welcome you to the Academic Year 2022-2023 which will officially start on 3^rd April 2022.

In this regard, you are hereby requested to confirm the admission of your ward for AY 2022-2023 by paying the required fees for the first term (April to July 2022) not later than 31^st March 2022. Please note that failure to confirm your wards admission on the above-mentioned deadline would automatically cancel your wards’ seat reservation, and should you decide to continue on a later date, it will be considered based on the seat/s availability.

Transport Payment:

• The students who wish to avail the school transportation facility for the 1st Term (April’22 to June 2022) of Academic Year 2022-2023 are requested to confirm and pay the same on or before Thursday, 31^st March 2022.
• The bus seat reservation will only be confirmed upon payment. Kindly adhere to the last date for confirming your request in order to avoid any last-minute concerns.
• For students using the School Bus, full month transport fee will be collected regardless of the number of days the student used the bus.

Summer Uniform:

• Parents are advised to measure child’s shoulder and length of the pants (cm or inches) at home, as the trialing of uniforms for the physical measurement in school are not allowed.
• Please find attached the summer uniform measurement chart for your reference.
• No exchange of uniforms once it is sold.

Books and Uniform schedule:

• Parents can collect books & Uniform upon payment from the school as per the below schedule.

• Bring your Original Fee Receipt upon collection. 
• Failure to collect on the above schedule, the same will be distributed to your ward only on the 1st day of school.

Note:

Fees can also be paid by Online Bank Transfer (optional) or by Cheque payment. In case of bank transfer kindly, send the screenshot of successful transfer payment page together with wards name, Reg No. and sender name as the subject of the mail for our reference.
