Dear Parent,

As we conclude our session, we extend our sincere gratitude to our esteemed parents for their support and cooperation and we look forward to yet another successful year. Please note the following details:

Report Card Distribution:

Class	Date	Timing
KG 1	10/03/2020	8:00 – 10:00
KG 2	10/03/2020	10:30 – 12:30

In case, you are unable to collect the report cards from the class teacher as per the allotted timing, kindly collect it from the office on any later date.

End of Term Vacation:

The school will remain closed for the End of Term vacation from 15^th March 2020 till 2^nd April 2020 and the last working day will be 12^th March 2020. The school will reopen for the next academic year on 5^th April 2020 for KG II.

Office Timings during the End of Term vacation:

Please note that our offices will continue to work as per the below timings:

Doha & Wakra Office:

• Saturday to Thursday         :           08:00 am to  12:30 pm
• Friday Closed                                 

Fee Payment  –  Next Term:

Please note that the fee for the next term (April to July) is due on 4^th April 2020 and we have started accepting the fee from now onwards.  You can pay the fee now as per your convenience to avoid the last-minute rush.
